Congress Registration fee includes:

Registration does not include:

Registration and Payment Conditions

To guarantee your registration, the total fee must be paid upon registration. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa and Mastercard. Bank-to-bank transfers must be free of any bank charges.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and mailed to the Congress Secretariat with details of the bank account where a possible refund may be remitted.

Cancellation and Refund Fee

Before 23rd June 2023: The registration fee is refundable minus an administrative fee of 10% of the registration fee.

Between 24th June and 18th August 2023: The registration fee is refundable minus an administrative fee of 30% of the registration fee

After 18th August 2022: Registration fees are non-refundable.

Credit will not be given for unattended events, late arrivals or early departures. All refunds will be processed within 2-3 weeks of receipt.

Registrations are personalised and are not transferrable to another party.

The ETA is not responsible for travel expenses, travel insurance or penalties under any circumstances.

Letter of Invitation

The Organizing Secretariat will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to registered and paid participants upon request, if needed for visa requirements. Please note that such a letter only aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Congress and it is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to cover fees and other expenses or to provide any financial support. All expenses incurred in relation to the conference are the sole responsibility of the delegate.

Please request your letter of invitation on the registration page, specifying your full name and address, passport number and date of birth. The request will be met only if the delegate has completed the registration process and after receipt of the appropriate registration payment.
